She's back in the states and will be visiting our church on Sunday, March 21 for Sunday School and the 11:00 a.m. Morning Worship.
Carol will be back to preach the morning worship service on April 11.******
The Easter Experience
The Friday Night six week bible Study during the Lenten Season will meet at 6:00 pm for anyone who missed the first week. The second study will begin approximately at 7:00 pm. That this Friday, March 12th.
Come and join us as we journey with Christ through the last hours of his earthly life.*****

Message from the Finance Committee
Christ loved the church, (you and me) so much that he gave his life for us. Please pause and think about this for a moment. Giving one’s life for others is the ultimate sacrifice one can make to show how much we love them.
This is an appeal from your Finance Committee for us to step up and show how much we appreciate what Christ did by offering back to his church some of the gifts he has given us (in addition to eternal life) to support the ministries of our church.
I understand that these are difficult days for some of us and our finances have decreased by a sizable amount. But there are others of us who have not felt the economic crunch as severely as some. Our monthly expenses are approximately 2 months in arrears ($10,000). This is not a good reflection on our church or us as disciples of Jesus. Please prayerfully consider how you have been blessed and then offer up to God a token of your appreciation in access of your regular tithes and offerings for what he has so freely done for you. *******
Mortgage Challenge Pt. 2
I thank those of you who answered my challenge to help eliminate the mortgage on the house. Your generosity was greatly appreciated. However, we still have a balance of approximately $38,000 which we would like to pay off before the end of the year. I am renewing my challenge especially to those who failed to answer the first challenge.
Evangelism and Outreach are two of the primary missions of the church and this newly acquired property and will enable us to enhance both as we minister and serve our community.
