Our April Noisy Coin Recipient is Reach the Forgotten Ministry. This ministry is where people go into the jails and teach those there about God and the Bible. We have had some of our own members at times participate in this project. If you can reach someone in their time of need it is well worth it. We ask that you help us support this endeavor. 

 

The Mission of Reach the Forgotton (RTF) is to provide Christ-centered hope and healing through biblically-based, chaplain led, volunteer jail ministries. 

Their vision is for every incarcerated person to experience new life in Christ and develop healthy family, church, and community relationships. 

There vailues are 

  • Compassion: Restoring broken & hurting people
  • Dependence: Prayerfuly relying on God & the body of Christ
  • Equipping: For greater capacity & empowerment in the Holy Spirit.
  • God's Word: revealed in Jesus, Scripture, & creation
  • Hospitality: Service with humility & grace.
  • Integrity: Stewardship of resources & relationships
  • Kingdom Diversity: God sovereignly works in & through many kinds of people.
