I came across an old "Stewardship Campaign" card, touting a simple truth: "Together We Can". Personally, such sentiment has been expressed in team sports, as in how together as a team, we will rise above expectations! As I held that card in my hand, I thought about the many outreach projects undertaken by small groups within our church ... how by working together, they have achieved, well, miracles!

Together we can make a difference, together we can achieve, more! Human nature being what it is, we like to give/contrivute to a cause ... and I am not saying anything agaist that, however I am asking you to consider giving to the "General Fund". The general fund, in addition to paying salaries, insurance and utilities, also is the catch all "fund" that pays for whatever is needed. Please prayerfully consider your giving to the general fund, perhaps even an additional gift to the general fund. Together we can!
