Ash Wednesday is on February 18th at 6pm here at Fowlerville Untied Methodist Church. This is a solemn Christian day of fasting, prayer, and repentance marking the start of the 40-day Lenten season leading to Easter. It serves as a time of self-reflection on mortality and reconciliation with God, where believers receive ashes on their foreheads as a symbol of sorrow for sins and a commitment to spiritual renewal.

Scripture for the service will be Matthew 6:1-6, 16-21

The Gospel of Matthew presents his instructon to pray, fast, and give in secret, where God alone can see.
